Short answer
Fourteen of the 15 platforms in the directory offer trans cams. Ten publish a dedicated trans section on their own domain: Chaturbate, Stripchat, CamSoda, BongaCams, LiveJasmin, CAM4, ImLive, Cams.com, Jerkmate and LivePrivates. SkyPrivate has a trans filter, and for Streamate, Flirt4Free and Amateur.tv a trans option is confirmed by our editorial review. MyFreeCams is the exception: third-party sources say it only features female-born models. Stripchat, CamSoda, ImLive and CAM4 also publish narrower trans sub-pages such as Japanese, ebony or fetish.
Platform data checked: 19 October 2026Editorial review: pending human reviewHow we evaluate
Trans performers appear on most general cam platforms, but only some give them a section of their own, which is what makes browsing practical. This page shows how each platform offers trans cams, checked on 20 October 2026, separates official listing pages from verdicts based on our editorial review, notes how each platform labels the category, and compares them on free access, privates and cam2cam.
Primary: Trans section
A dedicated trans listing on the platform's own domain is what makes trans performers easy to find, so it is the primary criterion.
Free public chat
Free public rooms let you browse trans performers before paying anything.
Watch without account
Guest viewing lets you look around without creating an account, which matters for privacy in a niche category.
Private shows
One-to-one private shows are the main paid product on these platforms.
Cam2cam
Two-way video sends your own camera to the performer, a privacy trade-off worth checking before paying.
Platforms are listed in a mechanical order: those with a sourced 'yes' on the page's primary criterion first, then by how many of the page's criteria they meet on sourced data, then by how many facts we could source overall. It is not a quality ranking, and no commercial relationship affects it.

Ten platforms publish a trans listing on their own domain. Chaturbate (/trans-cams/), Stripchat (/trans), CamSoda (/trans), BongaCams (/trans) and Jerkmate (/cams/trans) run it as a top-level section next to women, men and couples. LiveJasmin and CAM4 use a /transgender section, and LiveJasmin also runs a 'Trans Stars' awards page. ImLive files trans performers under /transexual/, Cams.com lists a transgender category with age-band sub-pages, and LivePrivates has a trans tab in its main navigation.
Several platforms divide the section further. Stripchat and CAM4 publish Japanese trans pages, ImLive has ebony and fetish trans pages, CamSoda has a trans fetish page and a trans categories index, and Chaturbate's #bdsm hashtag can be filtered to trans rooms. These sub-pages are the closest thing to a niche filter for trans performers.
Labels vary, and some are outdated. Most platforms use 'trans' or 'transgender' in their URLs, but several page titles, including those of BongaCams, ImLive and Jerkmate, still use terms such as 'shemale' for search purposes. Our editorial review records the same term in Flirt4Free's 'Transgender / Shemale' sub-section and Streamate's search filters, and LivePrivates' navigation tab uses a term that many trans people consider a slur. Cam Site Radar uses 'trans' throughout and reports the platform's own label only where it identifies the page.
Four platforms have no trans listing page but do offer trans cams. SkyPrivate's model directory, read directly on its site, has a 'trans' gender filter for performers who take private calls. Our editorial review confirms the other three: Streamate has a Trans option, also available as a search filter, and its indexed profiles are labelled 'Trans Girl' or 'Trans Boy'; Flirt4Free has a transgender option in its navigation menu; and Amateur.tv lists Trans among its main search filters.
The three editorial verdicts carry no public source link, because Streamate and Flirt4Free block our research tools and Amateur.tv's option is a filter without a page of its own. No standalone trans page for Streamate or Flirt4Free appears in Google's index, so their options are likely navigation or search filters, and browsing there is less direct than on the ten platforms above. MyFreeCams is recorded as a no: a 2025 third-party review lists 'only female-born models' among its drawbacks.
Free public rooms are on record for 12 of the 14 platforms with trans cams: SkyPrivate, a private-call service, has none, and LivePrivates does not list public chat. Guest viewing is on record for every one except SkyPrivate. Six are token-based (Chaturbate, Stripchat, CamSoda, BongaCams, CAM4 and Amateur.tv), where rooms are free and performers earn through tips and privates. LiveJasmin, Flirt4Free and ImLive sell credits, while Streamate, Cams.com, SkyPrivate, Jerkmate and LivePrivates bill privates per minute at rates the performers set.
Published prices are not broken down by category. Our editorial review records approximate token prices of USD 0.05–0.10 on Stripchat and about USD 0.07–0.08 on BongaCams, and a third-party review reports CAM4 packages from 58 tokens for USD 9.95 by card. On per-minute platforms, check the rate shown on the performer's room before starting a private.
Privacy matters more in a niche category, because viewing history and payment records can be more sensitive. Cam2cam is on record for all 14, and Cams.com's help pages say only the performer sees your video during it. How a charge appears on a card statement is published for only some platforms; the payment security and privacy guides cover what each platform discloses about billing descriptors and data handling.
None of the platforms publishes performer counts per category in the sources read, so the directory cannot rank trans sections by size. It shows instead which platforms run an official trans listing, which offer trans cams through a filter, and how they compare on access and billing.
Yes. Our editorial review confirms a dedicated Trans category on Streamate, also available as a search filter, and indexed Streamate profiles are labelled 'Trans Girl' and 'Trans Boy'. Streamate blocks our research tools, so the verdict is labelled editorial rather than linked to a public source.
Yes on some platforms: Stripchat and CAM4 publish Japanese trans pages, ImLive publishes ebony and fetish trans pages, and CamSoda publishes a trans fetish page. The performer categories page lists the wider category matrix.
